I had the extreme pleasure of hosting BigRagu last night while he's on his vacation to the Northeast. I thought I was going to be rolling with a guy who was just going to let me throw him around because of our size difference and his newness to the sport. Boy, was I ever wrong! Ragu, despite him being half my size, is very strong! While I was able to make him tap most of the time, it required a lot of effort on my part. He's very strong, has a lot of energy, and isn't afraid to take on a guy much bigger than himself. We had a lot of fun beating each other up, made a couple videos that I have to edit and post, and spent a quiet night together at our summer cottage. He's also a good guy to talk to, and we did quite a bit of that. That night, It was just him and I, but he was able to get comfortable on our futon. If you get a chance to wrestle him, I strongly recommend him, regardless of your shape and size. I really hope he makes another trip up to New England someday, so I can see how much he's progressed. But if that does happen, then I think I should be worried. 2 Thumbs up for Ragu...way, way up!!!

A great, sweaty match full of long holds, tests of strength, scissors and pins. Andilupi is a lovely guy on and off the mats - friendly, fun and strong too. A thoroughly enjoyable match and I recommend him if you enjoy a fun tussle.

I met this guy last year he was just beginning wrestling and It was already a good match !

Er war ein sehr gutes Jobber Spielzeug für mich und hält viel aus. Ich habe ihn durch die Luft gewirbelt, in meinem Bearhug gequält, diverse Scissors ausdauernd angewendet und er hat mich geworshipped. Sehr gern wieder :)!!!

Smotherpinner is a safe, fun wrestler with a great physique and really strong legs. We had a long, sweaty wrestle and his headlocks and scissors are really tight. I hope we can wrestle again very soon.

04–06/06/2022: The amazing Kairoi made for a great training partner, a very tough opponent and a pleasure to spend some time (and a few beers) with off the mats during the excellent-as-ever twentieth Einsteiger international wrestling camp in Brandenburg. His BJJ training and powerful physique (those legs!) mean that wrestling him is seriously hard work (at least for someone with my very basic understanding of freestyle), but thankfully for me pins were gained by both of us during our sweaty little tussles in Lindow's summer heat, so I wasn't completely outclassed. Post training he is a super friendly and helpful guy, easily chatting and mixing with everyone at the camp, and he is just generally a delight to spend some time with. My very highest recommendation.

05/06/2022: After chatting prior to, and then meeting at, the twentieth Einsteiger international wrestling camp in Brandenburg, it was great to finally get on the mats with elpectoral at the camp. Unfortunately we were both dog tired by the time that open mat came around in that afternoon's training session in the summer heat, so it was a short go at each other, but it was enough to experience his strength and his controlled wrestling style. He is in great shape and did not make things easy for me! Off the mats elpectoral is an engaging and charming guy, easy and pleasant to chat to. I am looking forward to locking up with him again at the 2023 camp.

Don’t let this guy’s name fool you: Newbieguy is strong, resilient, and won’t let up during a match. He is safe and a lot of fun to wrestle. And a really nice guy off the mat too. I recommend him if you get a chance to wrestle him.

June 2022: Finally a rematch after all these years with polyethylene33, his friend antton64 and my friend Earth. Even better than our first meet, because I have mostly recovered from my previous injury. I enjoyed a great deal of wrestling, switching between competitive and playful. You are even fitter than you were 5 years ago and your skills have improved. Congratulations!

We had a most enjoyable 3-way match with Antton64, polyethylene33 and Earth in Budapest.

Antton64 is a great looking guy who knows his way around the mats with strength and confidence. He knows how to take and maintain control, apply holds and dominate the match, all the while making it both a fun and sporting experience. Despite his prowess, I was feeling completely safe the entire time.

Thank you for taking the time to meet and making the organisation of the match so easy and straightforward!
