We had to plan many weeks in advance due to diaries but it was still easy to arrange our match. By far the tallest guy I've ever wrestled and Dans height definitely gave him an advantage. I'd say we were pretty evenly matched on the mats with plenty of subs on both sides, however his body scissors was much stronger than mine and his headlock is extremely powerful. Plenty of changes of pace and a pause for some promission pics in the ring made it a really enjoyable 2 hour session which I hope we can do again.

Very friendly and strong guy. Adjusted his level to match mine. :) Taught me alot of things. A good guy to meet for a competitive match!

Although abcd88772 said that he never had any formal Wrestling training, he shown a lot of effective Wrestling moves as an instinct. All his defences, attacks & locks came so natural which gave me a very hard time. I'm very impressed.

So glad that I had the opportunity to go at it with Green while visiting the Bay Area. He’s super strong, skilled, and aggressive enough to keep you on your toes. Do not get trapped in his scissors, the reviews are true. He’s fit, fun and a challenge, and always a step ahead of you. I highly recommend this powerhouse.

RJ is a really good wrestler, he combines the right amount of aggressiveness with a natural instinct and some solid BJJ skills. This guy is solid and knows how to use leverage, As others have mentioned, he is not easy to move. Beware his cradle and Americano! This guy loves to wrestle and that makes it all the more fun. Great guy highly recommend him

Though he's now living in western NC, not MD, "Best" is still an apt name. We had a great match.

We went through a lot of exchanging messages before our match, and that turned out to be helpful. Paul was clear up front about what he wanted to do, and that made the match much more fun.

Paul was exceptionally generous in teaching this novice new skills. Because I have relatively strong legs from biking, he taught me scissors holds, even though I immediately put them to use on him. Although a very knowledgeable and experienced wrestler, he was also willing to try new things.

In addition to the wrestling, Paul was a remarkably interesting and fun guy. He has a photography background, so he offered to help me with new profile and gallery photos, which was much appreciated.

I recommend Paul most highly. If you get a chance to wrestle him, grab it. Now that he is getting a ring at his home in the NC mountains, I very much look forward to having the opportunity of a re-match up there.

I met vj777 when he was in town, it was very short notice, but really worth the experience. He is strong and really knows his stuff. It was really great match.

I really enjoyed this match. Smoothfitatl bikes 20 miles everyday and it really shows in his thighs. He Introduced me to CBT and took it slow and built up and up until I couldn't take anymore, then it was my turn. I am astonished at what this guy can handle. The more I made it hurt the more he liked it. For the first time I really enjoyed being a heel and can't wait to do it again.
I highly recommend smoothfitatl. He Is in VERY good shape and a very nice person on and off the mat. Very intelligent too and surprised me by learning some holds via email and me taking him through some holds step by step. Then I planned on showing him the holds in person but he just applied the holds on me with no hesitation as if he had been wrestling for years..
This guy has the best legs. His thighs to die for. I really can't say enough good things about this guy. He is all muscle and very little body fat. if any.
We will be wrestling again for sure.
