His profile pictures do not do this man true justice!!! If I could ever give someone 110% on recommendations it would be this fine gentleman!! He might look mean and tough ... but he is one of the nicest and kindest people you will meet. If you are a newbie and Mark_uk is visiting your city, please FIND the TIME to meet this man!! When you meet him in person you feel like you have known him forever. Before the match he is a super great, fast and easy communicator even with his busy international work schedule. This man is super safe, clean and extremely fun to wrestle with. He is well trained in BJJ ... but is not out to hurt or injury you. He was kind enough to help me practice a few new moves and hold to add to my arsenal. When he says he has wrestled people from 115 lbs to 300 lbs ... believe it is true. He will spend the first 5-10 minutes learning your abilities and will easily tailor the match to meet your level of wrestling expertise or skill level so that it will be extremely fun for BOTH of you!! With his work schedule we had some difficulties arranging a match BUT he was super flexible and accommodating to my personal work and otherwise schedule. So glad I got to meet this "Super Gentleman" in person!! I would give him 10 stars if available!! Hopefully I meet this fine wrestler for round 2!!

We met up again for a second time, and it was just as good as the first! It was a short notice match, but we both made it work. This guy knows his stuff and does not disappoint. He knows how to take me to the edge and back. He's very true to his word. If he says he's going to meet up, he means it. Highly recommend.

We had a really good match. He is very strong and knows some moves. Off the mats very social and fun to hang out with. Will wrestle him again when ever I get the chance.

Had a few times to wrestle with him Great guy, strong, gives it his all. Fantastic guy off the mats as well. Very great guy to talk too. Can not wait to wrestle him again.

Met JHK at Wrestlefest. He's a wrestler and I'm more of a boxer. I thought oh well. Then I heard he likes gutpunching so that was all I needed. We found that common thread and happily punched each other in the gut bare-fisted. Had enough fun that we repeated it Sunday morning, with MMA gloves that time and throwing in some pec punches. Hard to the gut, medium to the chest. Just how I like it! Fun time and good guy to talk to. I expect more punching fun next time.

Had a great time with Joe working that great gut. We're both nursing shoulder injuries, so we did what we could to slow the other guy down. Great guy, and fun where ever you come across him. I'd roll with him anytime, anyplace. So if you pass up the opportunity, there's more for me.
For the record, there is nothing average about averagejoe. He's above average all the way.

Big guy. Loads of power. With a gut that's a little more solid than a brick wall. Had a blast working each other over. Spent some good quality time with him off the mats as well. Great personality, good conversation, a deep and genuine person. Wrestle this guy, do a gut punch session, or just get to know him....totally worth it. Recommend as a wrestler and as a friend.

finally met this guy after months of chat and we got to roll several times over the weekend at fest was a lot of fun fest is like a feast of wrestlers and you can't help but be sore bruised tired if you step on the mats being newbies there i would like to think that they both had a great time respects limits and altogether great guy see you soon hopefully wrestle and gut punch with him if you get the chance

Had a nice 2 hr gutpunching session with a few rests with Chaz. He has a pretty strong right and gave me many solid punches. No sparring this time, but i expect to meet him again and hope we will. He is very personable and i enjoyed his company. Looking forward to other meetings and sparring/gutpunching sessions with Chaz.
