Mike is a BIG Awesome grapler, very skilled. We had a great time on and off the mats. I highly recommend him.

Real good guy and lots of fun to wrestle. He hadn't wrestled much but didn't let me have him any which way. I had to let him wear himself out, which took a couple hours...and to stay clear of his giant legs. It was playful, competitive grappling on a king size bed in a cool old hotel. Open attitude and great to talk with between rounds :)

Had a great match with VT. Had a good few hours and definitely had my work cut out for me. Was slow and methodical and easily controlled the pace of the match. Doesn't mean he couldn't turn on the speed when necessary though! Aside from that, great guy to talk to before and after the match - very easy going and down to earth. Definitely recommend if you get a chance!

Noby is a superb wrestler – one of the very best of all my past 390 opponents. He extremely well trained, uses his legs for great defense and for incredibly powerful scissor holds, and he is very fit and strong. His skill far surpassed mine, but the entire match was enjoyable because he wrestles with great control and finesse. He has a good space for wrestling and we were able to talk for some time, and I found him to be extremely friendly and polite and a totally interesting guy. Overall he is certainly in the top 5% of all the wrestlers I have met on this site.
One year later: I had the privilege of wrestling Patrick again at his place. Even though he was injured late last year and wasn't able to train for several months, he is still exceptionally skilled and in outstanding shape. Once again, he easily dominated me with a wide variety of submission holds, including several new ones! I now have to say that he's easily in the top 2-3% of all the guys I've wrestled on this site, and at the same time he's still incredibly nice, reliable, and very easy to arrange a match with. I consider myself very lucky to have had the chance to meet him once again.

01/10/2016: Had a good brief but sweaty tussle with the big powerhouse at the Grapevine Group meet at Pippa's and really enjoyed it. Subs both ways and a fun chilled but hard-fought bout. Notcom doesn't just rely on his size and strength, he's got skill and good technique as well and wrestles with care for his opponent. Highly recommended and I'm looking forward to more mat time with him.

Had the pleasure of a meeting this great wrestler in the ring in Manchester for a fun pro wrestle.
Claimed he was not that skilled at pro wrestling but we managed a great back and forth grapple, lots of give and take with the big man picking up the win by submission :-).
Mike's a genuinely nice, friendly guy and it was a pleasure to meet and wrestle him.
Highly recommended and hope for a rematch sometime.

What shall I say. Definitley a must meet.
Friendly, expirienced and great guy to talk after the fight.
But watch out he is a nasty heel ;)

02/07/2016: You know when you're wrestling a beginner, super nice guy, maybe a bit nervous, match with him has been good fun but not overly challenging, you're idly thinking that maybe you should take it a bit easier on him, don't want to scare him off wrestling or anything, your guard drops a bit ... and then he clamps on this expert grapevine, your eyes almost pop out of your head, and you're struggling not to tap? Well, that's me. Schoolboy.... But enough about me: Glasgow1971 is one top lad. He is a genuine beginner, but he's clearly one of those lucky guys for whom wrestling comes naturally. Couple that with some serious strength and he's going to be a formidable prospect for many of us very soon. Do not let him grapevine your leg! Off the mats he's a friendly, charming, modest and laid back guy, the sort whom it's almost as enjoyable to chat to as grapple with. Hopefully I'll get to wrestle him again soon and he is very highly recommended.
01/10/2016: Well I did get to wrestle him again, back at Pippa's, and what a transformation in three months! Glasgow1971 has grown hugely in confidence and is well on the way to being a formidable opponent: feisty and strong and with a real desire to win. He's still a friendly and laid back bloke though, so hopefully this was only the second of many matches.

We met after my holiday, still jet-lagged, for a quick meet. Strong guy, better watch out for that legs. I had a fun time wrestling him, although I was probably half asleep at that time :-).

If anyone has ever met MuscChamp, they know that the pics don't lie. He is in PHENOMENAL shape for a guy of any age. His muscles aren't just for show. He puts them to good use on the mat. He's got great strength and killer skills to boot. MuscChamp is the total package. I highly recommend him to anyone at any skill level. Just a great lockup all around.
