Nwfan53 and I recently wrestled in my wrestling room. Two points: First, he is big guy. I am a large guy but he towered over me (3 inches) and outweighed me by 30 lbs. Second, he loves submission wrestling in all of its forms. However, he is very careful in how he uses it, not wishing to injury anyone. That is his motto: Save and sane. So, if you want to get your exercise and have some fun, this is the guy to check out, either in the Northwest or on his travels.

Met up last minute for a fun wrestle / spar. Nice guy loves muscle worship. Was able to have fun wrestle. If he can pick up some moves technique he'll be a great wrestler.

A very pleasant man who is enthusiastic about boxing. Easy to communicate with and keeps in touch about the status of the match. We did body boxing, but make no mistake he is able to compete more intensely.

Great guy! He worked me over with gloves first, then bare fists. One of the toughest gutpunch sessions I've had, and the hard deep successive uppercuts to the lower belly and navel were hot, and doubled me over a little...just what I was looking for to test my conditioning. Nice man, with a muscular, strong build. Thanks Keiffa!
